With top honors from the University of Central Florida, where she earned a degree in Communication, a minor in Marketing, and a Leadership certificate, Grace pairs her academic excellence with emotional intelligence and professionalism. Her victory in the prestigious KPMG sales competition further honed her ability to navigate complex negotiations, combining empathy with a sharp focus on client success.

Grace’s deep commitment to service extends beyond her career. As co-director of her church’s children’s ministry (alongside her fiancé), she understands the importance of building trust and fostering relationships—skills she brings into her real estate practice. Grace is passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s most significant decisions, ensuring a smooth and informed process while tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs.

Nick Clauser understands finding the perfect home goes hand in hand with building the life you want. As former residents of Louisville, Kentucky, Nick and his wife buckled down and saved like crazy to achieve their goal of moving across the country to be near the ocean, sand, and sunshine.

As a former accountant, Nick has a mind for numbers and the heart of a teacher. He is a calming force during conversations about contract negotiations, down payments, mortgages, home insurance, property taxes, and closing costs. He explains things in plain language and makes it easy to understand. Nick wants his customers to feel educated and stress free throughout the process.
